Our story
Founded in 2014, Afforschia GmbH began as a two-person consultancy advising startups in Schwabing on lease negotiations. Today we manage end-to-end workspace programmes for scale-ups, Mittelstand firms, and international subsidiaries establishing a Munich presence.
Our studio at Leopoldstraße 68 serves as both headquarters and a live showcase of hybrid workspace design — charcoal structure, lime accents, cream warmth.
