2. Services

Afforschia provides workspace planning, design coordination, lease advisory, and related consultancy services in Munich and surrounding areas. Specific scope is defined in individual service agreements.

3. Website Use

Content on this website is for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness. Unauthorised reproduction of content is prohibited.

4. Enquiries & Bookings

Form submissions and consultation requests are non-binding until a written contract is signed. We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.

5. Fees & Payment

All quoted fees are in EUR unless otherwise stated. German VAT (USt) applies where applicable. Payment terms are specified in individual contracts, typically net 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

Design concepts, reports, and materials remain Afforschia property until full payment. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for the agreed project.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent breach. We are not liable for third-party contractor performance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is München. EU consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
